Robin Peterson makes a return to Test cricket after a four year absence, and replaces Imran Tahir as the spin option.   Dean Elgar will make his Test debut and becomes the 80th cap for South Africa since unity, he replaces Jacques Rudolph in the middle order. Vernon Philander has fully recovered from the stiff lower back that kept him out of the match i
